New Take on 'Brown Smokey Eye'

This beautiful image is from London Fashion Week. I just love the fact that it is a smokey brown eye look, yet so different to that 'same dark smokey eye' we see ALL the time, which uses tons of powder eye shadows.

This is using really soft warm tones of brown which add contrast to any colour eye, and has used different textures, with cream colours which add a lustre to the eyelid.

The overall effect is equally as strong yet it is the eyes which stand out and not the heavy eye make up. Subtle can be just as striking.

Mac. Soft ochre, ground work paint pot and coffee pencil would achieve this look in 2 mins.
